Paal Kozhukattai recipe 

Ingredients

  • Sugar/ Jaggery 
  • Rice flour
  • Coconut Milk
  • Milk
  • Ghee
  • Salt 
  • Water 
  • Cardamom Powder

  1. Start by taking a non-stick pan. Mix together the milk, 1 cup of water, ghee, and rice flour. If you’re using rice flour, add a pinch of salt.
